We’re on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Account Manager & Content Creator to spearhead our clients’ social media strategies, ensuring their voices are not just heard but felt across the digital landscape.

The Opportunity

As a pivotal player within our Boston HQ team, you will lead the charge in managing and executing innovative social media strategies for our key clients. Your mission will be to captivate and engage audiences, turning followers into fans and clicks into conversions. This role is for a creative and strategic thinker who’s not just fluent in social media but speaks it with a passion, backed by 7+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive, Boston-client-focused social media strategies, tailoring each plan to meet specific brand goals and audience needs while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • End-to-End Content Production: Lead the photo and video production process, including pre-production planning, content creation, editing, and copywriting for all required social platforms.
  • Brand Voice & Trend Mastery: Ensure impeccable adherence to client brand voice and deeply understand platform-specific trends (e.g., TikTok/Reels formats) to maximize reach.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Rigorously analyze social media campaign performance and metrics. Translate data into clear, actionable insights and deliver professional presentations to clients demonstrating ROI.
  • Execution: Create compelling, on-brand content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire any junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of dedicated experience in social media account management and content creation, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities for diverse brands.
  • Expertise in Visual Production: Proven proficiency in photo and video production, encompassing pre-production planning, content creation, and editing for digital distribution.
  • Exceptional Writing: Superior copywriting skills and a deep understanding of adapting messaging to specific platform requirements and brand voice.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strategic mindset with experience in planning and executing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills: A deep understanding of social media data analysis tools and metrics, with strong presentation skills capable of clearly communicating results to C‑suite and marketing leadership.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong, trusted relationships with both Boston-area clients and internal team members.
