It’s hands‑on with Creo CAD, Windchill, and MBD (Model‑Based Definition), primarily for defense/government programs. Key Requirements Technical Tools: Creo CAD system, Windchill, CAD card. Design Expertise: Model‑Based Definition (auto & aero), BOM creation, drawing layouts. Nice to Have: GD&T certification for precision drawings. Soft Skills: Leadership mindset, team collaboration, willingness to learn. Education/Experience: Associate degree (or equivalent) + 2–3 years of drafting/design experience.
