You’ll help shape how we communicate with clients, communities, and team members through social media, events, and creative marketing initiatives.
Location Flexibility
Candidates are invited to work in any of our offices or hybrid, but to understand the culture of our firm we you will need to be able to visit our offices a few times a month.

Your Role as Marketing Coordinator
In this key position, you will support and execute marketing strategies that elevate the firm’s presence and engagement with clients, prospects, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that aligns with firm branding.
Maintain and update the firm’s website with relevant and timely content such as blog posts, service updates, and team highlights.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters through platforms such as Constant Contact.
Content Creation & Branding
Create professional marketing materials including graphics, brochures, postcards, and promotional items.
Collaborate with service teams to develop client newsletters and blog content.
Ensure all communications align with LattaHarris brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and coordinate firm‑hosted events, webinars, and community involvement activities.
Assist with logistics, communications, and follow‑up for internal and external events.
Represent the firm at local and regional business and networking events.
Client & Business Development Support
Develop client onboarding materials to ensure a smooth experience for new clients.
Manage referral and loyalty programs, including recognition or thank‑you gifts for referral sources.
Conduct client surveys and assist in tracking marketing performance metrics.
Brand & Merchandise Management
Manage firm‑branded merchandise and apparel orders.
Coordinate firm‑wide distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
Analytics & Internal Communication
Track and report performance of digital campaigns and social media engagement.
Support internal communication efforts, including firm newsletters or staff announcements.

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (experience in professional services, such as accounting or law, preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)
Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Website CMS familiarity (WordPress or comparable platforms)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
