Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist specializing in Content, PR, and Events, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Circunomics' brand presence and communications strategy. You will lead the creation and execution of compelling content, manage public relations efforts, and organize impactful events that align with our mission to create a circular battery economy.

Profile & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a strategic editorial calendar across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Develop and coordinate a robust multilingual content strategy, adapting content for regional and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create and execute a brand‑aligned content and copywriting strategy across digital (blogs, email, social) and print channels.
  • Implement content localization / multilingual coordination.
  • Develop and manage a structured intake process to gather insights from cross‑functional teams and produce high‑quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, press releases, and new formats.
  • Track key performance indicators such as engagement rates, reach, SEO impact, PR impressions, and ROI from events using comprehensive analytics.
  • Pitch stories, secure press coverage, and build relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and distribute key PR materials and manage Circunomics' public image through strategic media relations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline and online events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and executive teams to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on content creation, PR, and event management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven SEO expertise, optimizing content with keyword planning, metadata, and readability improvements.
  • Experience in video content creation and production coordination.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Excellent event planning and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).

Bonus Skills

  • Fluency in digital content creation tools (Canva, Adobe CC, Figma).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Interest in automotive/electric vehicles.
  • Experience in the tech or sustainability sector.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy sector.
