Studio hours: 12:00 – 21:00 (full‑time). This is a full‑time position. Responsibilities Oversee private and group dance classes for new students throughout the week. Help students reach their personal dance goals and ensure an outstanding experience. Work closely with the Fred Astaire team to support student growth and satisfaction. Maintain a positive, energetic environment that reflects Fred Astaire’s culture of kindness, warmth, and fun. Qualifications Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance. Outstanding customer service skills. Committed to the work and understanding what it takes to be successful. Accountable for self and others. Unselfish team player who can inspire and lead.
