About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in .NET and MS technologies and proven experience in the banking and mortgage domain. In this high-visibility, client-facing role, you’ll partner directly with senior technology leaders to shape digital transformation journeys, define enterprise-level architectures, and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client leadership to define technology strategy and solution blueprints.
- Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across .NET, Azure, and MS ecosystems.
- Lead cloud modernization, API-driven integrations, and migration of legacy systems.
- Govern architecture best practices across design, performance, and compliance standards.
- Partner with global delivery teams to ensure technical excellence and implementation alignment.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor, presenting solution options and innovations to executive stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture and technology leadership.
- Strong hands‑on background in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure services, and SQL Server.
- Deep domain knowledge in banking and mortgage systems (loan origination, servicing, underwriting).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Salary Range
The salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
