Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) - Remote
Dexter Health is an AI‑first healthtech startup building a native mobile app that removes admin work from nurses so they can focus on patient care. As a Senior Product Designer at Dexter Health, you will own the UX and UI of Dexter Mobile, a live product used by thousands of nurses daily.
Responsibilities

- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI in Figma for iOS and Android.
- Build and maintain a lightweight design system for consistent, fast development.
- Work with founders and engineers day‑to‑day to ship quickly, using short iteration cycles.
- Use user feedback and analytics tools (Mixpanel, UXCam, Smartlook) to find UX issues and improve the product.
- Run simple user tests to validate ideas before and after release.
- Document design decisions clearly so the team understands the rationale.
- Optional: support basic marketing visuals when needed, without shifting focus from product.
- Optional: contribute to early web UI/UX and Webflow work if you have experience.
