As a UX/UI Designer at Kaedim, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with our customers, engineering team as well as 3D team, to translate user needs and business goals into engaging and effective designs.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.

Develop and iterate on user interface designs that align with branding and usability standards.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design improvements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Assist in maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Figma.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer in a B2B setting.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.

Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing and surveys.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile app design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

Experience with a B2B SaaS company.

Experience with a fast-growth startup.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work and design process.
