Illinois residency required within 180 days of the hire date.
Salary: The previously determined range for this position was $36.08 – $80.98/hr. The final rate offered will be determined by the collective bargaining agreement, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, and budget constraints. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a rate at or near the top of the full range for a position.

Minimum Qualifications
- Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Professional Regulation.
- Current BLS/CPR and/or other required unit specific certifications.
- Current advanced cardiac life support required prior to completion of orientation.
- Basic EFM Training/Certificate required prior to completion of orientation.
- Ability to obtain AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification.
- Excellent attendance, interpersonal skills and work history required.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum one year of Labor & Delivery experience.
