Job Overview We’re seeking a dynamic
Associate Director, Global Marketing
to help shape and execute global strategies for the anticipated launch of an investigational treatment in achondroplasia. This high-impact role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial success across regions. Ideal candidates thrive in fast‑paced environments, bring strong leadership and communication skills, and excel at identifying opportunities to optimize performance throughout the product lifecycle.
This role will report to the Director, Global Marketing. This role will be based out of the Princeton, NJ office with opportunity for hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute global marketing campaigns, both branded and unbranded, in alignment with brand strategy and in partnership with local and cross‑functional teams.
Oversee agency relationships, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure efficient, high‑quality deliverables.
Own and optimize the global marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Facilitate collaboration across clinical, regional, and local teams for unified brand execution.
Provide strategic market research input and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Monitor competitors, offering tactical recommendations to commercial teams.
Analyze research data to guide product development, life cycle management, and portfolio strategy.
Support the global launch of growth disorder products with brand teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, etc.) preferred
8+ years in biopharma marketing
Rare disease and global experience preferred
Strong grasp of brand strategy, positioning, and digital execution.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for improving patient outcomes.
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
