The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to spearhead its global marketing strategy for a diverse roster of recording artists. The SVP will be responsible for leading the creative vision, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives that resonate with music culture and drive the company's artists on a global scale. This pivotal leadership role involves close collaboration with artists, managers, and internal and external partners to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker, adept at developing breakthrough campaigns, and will have a deep understanding of the music ecosystem, including marketing, sales, streaming, and emerging trends. Key responsibilities for the SVP include developing and executing marketing strategies for various music and music-related products, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering alignment across departments. The role also requires the ability to analyze performance metrics, guide partners in market forecasting, and develop creative marketing ideas that enhance artist exposure and fan engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex release schedules and multimillion-dollar budgets, and will be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. A background in the music industry, with at least 10 years of marketing leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred. The SVP should be a team-oriented, adaptable professional with a passion for artist development and a collaborative approach to the independent music space.
