Systems Analyst (Telecommunications) Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Systems Analyst (Telecommunications) for a contract position in Minneapolis, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems. Escalations of issues with telephony vendors. Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony-related initiatives. Advise on contracts related to vendor telephony support. Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems. Qualifications: General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience). Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently Managing work with support vendors (minimum 5 years of experience). Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony-related projects (minimum 5 years of experience). Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
