Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets. Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption. Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights. Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi‑channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel. Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI. Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one‑pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals. Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation. Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning. Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team. Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives. Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions. Responsibilities

7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll / HR tech. Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus. Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go‑to‑market execution. Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Total Rewards
