Ignite Change at Liberty Brands: A High‑Impact Startup Journey Our founder is a popular conservative influencer and entrepreneur whose pro‑America companies reach tens of millions of people and earn billions of views annually. He founded Liberty Brands to build the next generation of conservative tech, news, and e‑commerce platforms. We’re already generating significant revenue and are now hyperscaling – and we’re rapidly expanding to create influential, mainstream products. This is just the start of our mission to disrupt the norm.

As an early team member, you’ll have major scope to shape these platforms, experience immense growth, and make a direct impact in our fast‑paced, high‑energy culture as we build something massive. Liberty Brands seeks innovative, ambitious individuals to help define our future. If our mission, vibrant culture, and ambition to reshape the world resonate with you, we encourage you to apply.

Your Team & The Mission Based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office and reporting directly to the founders, you'll join our pioneering Growth & Marketing team. As an early and vital full‑time

Senior Performance Marketing Analyst , you will be the quantitative brain behind our rapid subscriber expansion and overall marketing profitability. This role is about deep impact through data: you'll translate complex numbers into clear, trusted, and actionable strategic advice that directly fuels our mission‑driven growth.

You will become the indispensable analytical partner for our marketing and management teams, guiding critical decisions on where to invest, scale, or optimize our efforts across our e‑commerce and subscription ventures. This hands‑on advisory role demands an exceptional ability to derive insights from vast datasets, offering significant scope and the chance to make a major impact in a rapidly growing, mission‑aligned environment.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Driving Profitability & Growth Strategy

Daily, meticulous review of ad set profitability against critical cost‑per‑subscriber (CPS) breakeven goals (e.g., 5‑day, 33‑day, 61‑day).

Conduct deep‑dive analyses on both high‑performing and underperforming ad sets, uncovering precise root causes and providing clear, actionable solutions for optimization and scale. This includes detailed examination of post‑purchase funnels and post‑conversion behavior.

Formulate expert recommendations on ad set scaling strategies – how fast, by how much, and considering variables like the learning phase, CPS, overall profitability, and time‑sensitive campaigns.

Mastering Subscription Economics & Cash Flow

Develop and rigorously maintain a dynamic “cash‑flow breakeven” model for each product, setting accurate target CPS for all cohorts and continually updating with evolving churn and revenue data.

Be the definitive authority on the overall profitability of our marketing spend, subscriber growth, and churn mechanics, advising on the most profitable allocation of limited cash flow for reinvestment.

Create and manage a sophisticated “cash‑flow cohort panel” to precisely track money outflows and expected returns based on CPS, billing frequency, trial periods, churn, and initial product purchases.

Inform broader management decisions on inventory and logistics by understanding profitability across all sales channels (e.g., Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon) and their impact on company cash flow.

Ensuring Data Integrity & Systemic Optimization

Regularly audit Meta and Google advertising accounts to proactively identify and resolve systemic issues, tracking discrepancies, and suboptimal campaign setups.

Collaborate with the marketing team (from an analytical perspective) to ensure campaign configurations (targeting, exclusions, placements) and tracking setups (e.g., valuing free‑trial sign‑ups appropriately in Google Ads) are optimized for algorithmic learning and accurate reporting.

Scrutinize Shopify data and our entire automated funnel (forms, emails) to uncover vulnerabilities like lost traffic or other performance inhibitors, advising on precise corrections.

Proactive Impact & Strategic Communication

Continuously review all factors influencing our marketing and subscription business model to identify systemic improvement opportunities – from subscriber renewals and churn reduction to card declines, website conversion rate optimization, and email marketing enhancements. You'll illuminate issues and solutions that drive significant impact, like finding a 4% renewal improvement.

Translate complex analytical findings, calculations, and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for marketing and management, using plain English and intuitive visualizations.

Develop and maintain robust weekly cadence reports and comprehensive monthly marketing reports, detailing spend, cash return, projected income, and other vital analytics, ensuring all data is securely stored for future audits.

Note:

This is an impactful advisory role. You will be responsible for providing insights and strategic recommendations; direct execution of marketing campaigns or changes within ad platforms will be managed by other teams.
