Your Impact
You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to create new strategies across a wide platform of projects, from customer life‑cycle management to marketing mix modeling, pricing and promotions, and analytic transformation. In this role, you will help expand our current analytics capabilities, architect new strategies and applications, and shape the future of data‑driven organizations.
You will shape processes for extracting and using data creatively, create new lines of thinking for a wide range of clients, and apply state‑of‑the‑art analytic techniques to derive business insights, solve complex business problems, and improve decisions. As a core member of the consulting team, you will conduct deep analytics on a broad set of client and external data and play a lead role in team problem solving through findings and insights from that analysis.
You will also have the opportunity to lead and support the development of knowledge for our analytics group by creating a roadmap for greater understanding of analytics and partnering with other consultants to ensure timely and effective methods on the extraction, assembly, and transfer of broad, complex sets of data.

Your qualifications and skills
Undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research).
Strong academic qualifications, including advanced coursework in database management and mathematics.
2+ years of hands‑on experience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistical approaches in a corporate or consulting setting, preferably in marketing and sales.
Experience in B2B or B2C environments is also preferred.
Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data mining packages (R, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, MATLAB, STATA, Excel).
Advanced knowledge of data management tools including SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), Hadoop, and other big data technologies.
Advanced programming skills in at least one of Python or R; experience linking multiple data platforms and using visualization tools such as Tableau.
Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to de‑aggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Ability to independently own database development and decisions, balancing demands and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way.
Strong people skills, team orientation, and a professional attitude.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
