As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll join a tight‑knit collaborative team of designers who care deeply about creating cohesive and intuitive product experiences. You’ll work closely with teammates across design, product, engineering, and research to shape our medical wellness platform from the ground up. Your responsibility will be to help deliver thoughtful and intuitive solutions to user and business problems, ensuring our product is not only delightful, but also highly usable and inclusive.
Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design and deliver key product features in line with business goals and user needs.
Translate user insights, data, and feedback into actionable design solutions.
Contribute to defining feature‑level user experience strategy and propose improvements to enhance usability and member engagement.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs that communicate your ideas clearly and effectively.
Ensure design solutions follow established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual language.
Participate in design reviews, contributing and receiving thoughtful feedback to elevate the quality of work.
Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Help maintain and improve design documentation and specifications for clear handoff to engineering teams.
