Job Purpose This internship supports workforce communications across CNH’s R&D function. The intern will assist in executing high‑visibility initiatives, managing content calendars, and preparing leadership materials. The role offers exposure to executive communications, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the R&D Communications Editorial Calendar, including interviews, newsletters, and spotlight stories.

Draft and format content for internal campaigns such as product stories, customer spotlights, and noteworthy R&D projects.

Assist with logistics and preparation for events like the CTO Town Hall.

Support post‑event surveys and analytics for leadership briefings and stakeholder reviews.

Coordinate with design teams on visual assets to support R&D Communications campaigns.

Track progress on stakeholder reviews and ensure timely updates to shared materials.

Help prepare scripts and briefing decks for R&D leadership communications.

Support in aligning messaging with strategic priorities and leadership goals.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates may be pursuing an Associate, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post‑graduate degree in one or more of the following majors or a related field:

Communications

Public Relations

Journalism

Marketing

English

Media Studies

Strategic Communications

Digital Media

Corporate Communications

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $19.31 – $36.57 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
