As an AI Trainer – Junior Journalist, you will help train AI models, shaping how they understand and generate human-like text. This isn’t just traditional writing—you’ll be crafting text that teaches AI reasoning, logic accuracy, nuance, and clarity. Responsibilities
Craft original, clear, and fact‑checked responses based on project guidelines. Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers. Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency. How To Get Started

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications, linguistics, literature, or education. Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and can work with challenging, complex guidelines. Your freelance role is fully remote; therefore you just need a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge. Benefits
