Job Purpose The
Event & Community Marketing Coordinator
will play an important role in the overall development and execution of marketing efforts and activations in North America. They will work closely with the North American Marketing manager and will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events and engagement initiatives that build brand awareness, foster meaningful connections, and drive audience growth. This role combines creativity, organization, and relationship-building to strengthen Blizzard‑Tecnica’s presence and connection with our community of skiers.
Duties And Responsibilities Ecommerce/B2B/B2C
Manage the Quivers collaborative commerce platform for all consumer/pro/e‑com/shop employee/VIP Sales programs.
Build storefronts and manage product assortments.
Monitor marketplace performance and provide regular reporting summaries to NorAm Marketing Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing sales team to develop new initiatives to drive sales.
Community Engagement
Proactively collect lead generations and maintain Blizzard‑Tecnica’s CRM database with an emphasis on growing the brand’s audience.
Support in the development of North American email communication calendar for trade, consumer, and pro communications.
Foster a community of brand advocates that represent Blizzard‑Tecnica at the local level and national level.
Manage Pro Community by designing programs that bolster our pro team community and facilitate more sales.
Coordinate and manage brand ambassador programs by recruiting, onboarding, facilitating gear requests, managing content to increase engagement and visibility.
Event Planning & Support
Align event strategies with broader marketing and brand objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events such as trade shows, sales meetings, conferences, webinars, consumer activations, or partner events.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and evaluate ROI for continuous improvement.
Represent the brand at in‑person events, assisting with booth or meeting setup and breakdown, attendee engagement, and lead capture.
Maintain an organized system for tracking marketing event collateral.
Marketing Support
Management of sales support collateral such as product catalogs, price list, and lookbooks.
Management of NuOrder B2B showroom, catalog buildout and digital assets with support from NorAm marketing manager.
Coordinate ordering, branding, and distribution of company swag and promotional accessories.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and execute cross‑team projects.
Experience/Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; or equivalent work experience in a similar industry.
2+ years of experience working in marketing coordination, events, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
High Level of proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Light Room).
Microsoft Office/iWork experience (excel, word, keynote).
Practical knowledge and experience with e‑commerce digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM management and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of the alpine skiing community.
Knowledge of retail sales & operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with athletes, consumers, and partners.
Ability to travel throughout the year domestically and abroad with business travel that can last 7–10 days in duration.
