We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Project Design Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role supporting the development and execution of high‑level architectural and interior design projects in high‑end residential and hospitality design. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, organizational skills, and the ability to contribute across all phases of the design process. Knowledge in AutoCAD is required. This is a great opportunity with a balance of creative, technical, and administrative responsibilities. You will contribute to the growth of our studio and be an integral part of our projects and design imprint in and out of Charleston. Responsibilities

Develop and manage interior design projects, from concept development to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design preferences, and develop design proposals that meet their requirements. Manage project budgets and timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Push projects to completion in a timely and professional manner, managing your assistant designer, the client and the contractor. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all relevant codes and regulations. Produce design drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet design requirements and budget constraints. Create 3D visualizations and renderings to help clients visualize design proposals. Prepare presentations and present design concepts to clients. Provide design guidance and mentorship to designers. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers. Experience working with luxury residential clients preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be a team player. Must be proficient in Google Suite. Must be able to provide a portfolio of work. To Apply
