Digital Marketing Specialist
who will play a central role in managing digital marketing channels, optimizing platform integrations, and supporting the launch of digital campaigns that drive measurable business results. Position Summary The
Digital Marketing Specialist
is responsible for executing and optimizing all digital marketing activities—including paid ads, SEO, website updates, analytics, and cross-platform integrations. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & E-Commerce, this individual ensures that campaigns, websites, and data pipelines work seamlessly to attract, convert, and retain customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with content, e-commerce, and sales teams to support initiatives across the entire marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities Digital Systems & Integrations Maintain and optimize digital platforms: Shopify, NetSuite CRM, Intercom, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Configure tracking pixels, UTM tagging, event tracking, and cross-platform data integrations. Collaborate with IT/e-commerce teams to ensure accurate lead and sales data flow.
Campaign Execution & Optimization Build and manage PPC, email, retargeting, and SMS campaigns. Segment audiences and manage lists for targeted outreach + lead nurturing. Conduct A/B tests to increase conversions and engagement rates.
Analytics & Performance Reporting Track KPIs across all digital channels and present results to leadership. Maintain dashboards in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools. Transform insights into recommendations for creative, budget allocation, and user experience.
Website & SEO Management Update product listings, banners, landing pages, and site navigation through Shopify. Improve on-page SEO, schema markup, meta data, link structure, and keyword strategy. Support UX improvements and coordinate with developers and vendors for enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with content staff to deploy email templates, ads, landing pages, and campaign assets. Partner with Sales to connect marketing performance with lead quality and pipeline activity. Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Compliance & Best Practices Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and privacy compliance. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and email/PPC best practices.
Qualifications Experience 2+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce campaign management. Hands‑on experience managing paid ads, SEO, and marketing automation. Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, HubSpot, Intercom, RingCentral, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
Skills Strong AI proficiency for analysis and productivity. Competence across PPC, SEO, email, SMS, and remarketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
