We are a growing U.S. fragrance company, started on selling major e-commerce platforms. We specialize in masstige perfume distribution offline and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record of driving online sales—especially on DTC websites, Amazon, and TikTok shop and account management, newer e-commerce accounts.
Role Overview The ideal candidate will lead all performance-driven marketing initiatives to increase product visibility, sales, and profitability. You will manage paid advertising across Amazon PPC, TikTok Shop, and website traffic channels, ensuring high ROAS and scalable growth. Overall responsible for overall branding across Google, Meta, Instagram platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Brand Stores, DSP optional).
Develop high-converting campaigns on TikTok Shop, including creator collaborations and short-form content strategies.
Drive performance marketing for the brand’s website, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Build and manage full-funnel strategies across all platforms to maximize sales of perfume and beauty products.
Analyze performance data and produce actionable insights to reduce CPA and increase ROAS.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences.
Coordinate with the product and creative teams to align ads with promotions, product launches, and inventory levels.
Monitor fragrance and beauty category trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance.
Proven success managing Amazon Ads and scaling TikTok Shop sales.
Strong understanding of DTC operations, landing page optimization, and attribution strategies.
Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
