Open role: Social Media & Community Manager
a creative and community-focused person who is passionate about building engaging online conversations. You are a natural brand evangelist who combines exceptional copywriting skills with a love for data to demonstrate the real impact of your work.
The role & the team: This is a key role in our marketing efforts, where you will build and execute our entire social media strategy from the ground up. You will be the voice of Trans.eu across all major platforms, from LinkedIn to TikTok. Your main goal will be to create thriving communities and produce content that stops the scroll and drives engagement.
What will you do:
Build and execute Trans.eu’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and whatever’s next – with focus on demand generation
Partner with the growth and marketing teams to plan, launch, and optimize social media campaigns driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Create engaging communities of carriers, forwarders, and shippers, encouraging them to talk, share, and connect.
Produce a variety of scroll-stopping content, including posts, videos, live streams, podcasts, and customer testimonials.
Support paid social campaigns through content ideation, creative briefing, and performance insights.
Run employee advocacy programs to empower our top voices and team members to become brand heroes.
Act as a brand ambassador both online and offline at industry events and trade fairs.
Analyze results, report KPIs, and continuously improve performance to maximize ROI and audience growth.
Required skills:
Experience:
A proven track record of building and executing successful organic and paid social media strategies for international or global B2B brands, ideally in tech, logistics, or marketplace environments.
Languages:
English and Polish.
Tool Pro:
excellent copywriting for social media; proficiency in creating visual and video content; strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and business impact; expertise in community management across various platforms; experience in developing and managing employee advocacy programs. Familiarity with social listening, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Soft Skills:
a community-first mindset with a talent for sparking engaging discussions; confidence and passion to act as a brand evangelist.
Feeling comfortable in front of a camera and recording short videos.
