Job Description We're seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this hands‑on, public‑facing role, you'll plan and execute community events, brand activations, and outreach campaigns, represent our brand in the field, and build meaningful connections with local audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns
Represent our brand and partner organizations professionally at public events and networking opportunities
Manage event logistics, including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners
Track and report event performance, audience engagement, and outreach results
Ensure consistent brand presentation and professionalism at all events
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align field efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in fast‑paced environments
Team‑oriented, but capable of working independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

Continuous innovation in passive component function integration, miniaturization, and manufacturing automation, cutting edge WSS and amplification technology and comprehensive optical, mechanical, electrical and software design capabilities enable us to serve the needs of high‑density, high‑bandwidth, and flexible optical networks of telecom, datacom, hyperscale datacenter and supercomputing.
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to help advance our Wavelength Selective Switch portfolio. This person will be partnering with our sales team and interacting directly with clients on their technical needs.
What you will do
Participate in meetings with the clients to understand technical requirements
Understanding requirement and capabilities to identify best solutions and present to clients
Advance sales opportunities and identify solutions within smart modules, line cards, etc.
Partner closely with the Application Engineering team to gain a deep understanding of solving customer problems
Provide technical details and capabilities within Wavelength Selective Switch portfolio
Who You Are (basic qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or scientific area of study
Experience with high tech products
Experience serving clients for telecommunication, data center and data communications
Experience working directly with clients (i.e. sales, market, product development, field application)
Understanding of basic optical components
Experience of coordinating internal resources, i.e., sales, marketing, program management
For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
