Junior Art Director – Full‑time, On‑site Compensation & Eligibility
Salary-based. Candidates must be eligible to work without a visa. Candidates with MFA work, or highly creative conceptual work in their portfolios to the front! About the Role
We’re looking for a
Junior Art Director
who’s obsessed with design, culture, and creating visuals that break through. You’ll work closely with the Art Director and Creative team to bring campaigns, launches, and social moments to life across digital, print, and in‑store channels. You’ll play an essential part in shaping how the brand connects with its audience—through sophisticated visuals, refined typography, and storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into scroll‑stopping visuals—someone who’s inspired by what’s trending, but knows how to translate that energy into a brand that feels elevated, cohesive, and distinctly its own. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative team on concepts for campaigns, new product drops, and brand moments. Design across digital and physical touchpoints—social media, email, web, packaging, and retail. Help concept and art‑direct photoshoots, bringing a fresh, on‑trend eye to content creation. Build decks, creative references, and mood boards that visually express an idea or tone. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring everything feels modern, cohesive, and true to the brand’s vibe. Review assets for visual consistency, quality, and that “it just feels right” factor. What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in design, art direction, or visual communication. Strong portfolio showcasing bold, creative work across digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma. Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual trends. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. Passion for culture, aesthetics, and what’s next in beauty, fashion, and social media. Seniority Level
