Are you a community manager who enjoys building lasting relationships with technical communities? The AWS Developer Experience Team is seeking an experienced, committed, and innovative community manager to own and build developer communities in North America, while also building lasting relationships with AWS community leaders and advocates.
Key Job Responsibilities
Own and program manage NAMER Community advocacy strategy to engage with developers and builders who seek to acquire Cloud and AWS skills.
Scale existing community awareness programs in NAMER (AWS User Groups, AWS Community Day events, and more), as well as innovating net‑new community initiatives relevant to the region.
Report on metrics and discuss progress of the community initiatives with leadership, evolving strategy as needed to align to shifting community needs.
About the Team This role will join the AWS Developer Experience organization, where our goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world, by meeting them where they are and providing the right technical education, tools, and resources to enable developer success.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams
Experience working with end user or developer communities
Experience running and growing communities of developers
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with developer communities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on the number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
