advertising strategy, execution, and client success .

This is a

client-facing leadership role

A successful Advertising Manager at BellaVix will:

Leadership & Team Management

Be

the primary point of contact

for advertising strategy across assigned accounts.

Lead a team of

Advertising Specialists , ensuring execution meets

world-class standards .

Hold team members

accountable for performance, deadlines, and quality .

Develop and

train specialists

to improve advertising knowledge and execution skills.

Foster a

high-performance, customer-centric, results-based team culture .

Oversee

advertising growth strategies

focusing on PPC and DSP across brands.

Own

full-funnel advertising , including search, display, and video campaigns.

Ensure

advertising objectives align with brand goals

to maximize ROI and market share.

Lead

ad strategy innovation , continuously improving processes and testing new approaches.

Identify

new advertising opportunities , including

expanding to emerging retail media networks .

Client & Account Management

Serve as the

lead advertising strategist , providing direct guidance to clients.

Ensure

routine client communication , setting expectations and delivering insights.

Provide

regular performance updates, QBRs, and data-driven recommendations .

Collaborate with Marketplace Strategists to align advertising with overall marketplace growth.

Process Development & Optimization

Improve

internal workflows and SOPs

to drive efficiency.

Support the

sales team with audits, case studies, and advertising insights .

Stay ahead of

Amazon and Walmart advertising trends , implementing best practices.

Own

budget forecasting, ad spend tracking, and campaign performance reporting.

Responsibilities As an Advertising Manager, you will be in charge of leading a team that can implement the right strategies to meet our partners’ goals; effective and efficient internal operations focusing on reporting and general deliverables, clear and concise communications between internal and external partners, and participation in the blog and future marketing efforts contributing to industry-leading strategies, best practices, and innovation in the eco-system.



Advertising Leadership & Strategy

Develop, execute, and optimize

PPC and DSP advertising campaigns .

Establish

budgeting, bid strategies, and full-funnel media planning .

Monitor and adjust

ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS goals

for brands.

Lead

creative testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization .

Mentor and guide

Advertising Specialists , ensuring their growth and performance.

Provide

ongoing training sessions

on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and retail media.

Hold weekly check-ins to

review account health and campaign performance .



Client Strategy & Thought Leadership

Participate in

client strategy calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) .

Develop and

present strategic recommendations

based on advertising data.

Contribute to

company thought leadership

through blog posts and industry insights.



Operational & Process Improvements

Improve

internal workflows for advertising execution and reporting .

Support business development with

case studies, audits, and insights .

Drive

process efficiency

to improve campaign scalability.

Required Qualifications As an Advertising Manager, you will be in charge of leading a team that can implement the right strategies to meet our partners’ goals; effective and efficient internal operations focusing on reporting and general deliverables, clear and concise communications between internal and external partners, and participation in the blog and future marketing efforts contributing to industry-leading strategies, best practices, and innovation in the eco-system.

5+ years of eCommerce experience , with at least

3+ years in Amazon advertising .

Experience managing

Amazon PPC, DSP, and retail media platforms .

Strong

team leadership experience , with

proven ability to delegate and mentor .

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets , including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Deep understanding of advertising KPIs , including ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, and CTR.

Ability to

manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets .

Experience with

Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10, or similar advertising tools

is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

(C1-C2 English proficiency preferred).

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Amazon Advertising Certification

and

Amazon DSP experience .

Background in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms .

Experience with

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and first-party data strategies .
