We’re looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join a creative retail design studio in New York. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role focused on delivering physical brand experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable fashion, luxury, and sports brands.
We’re seeking someone with a
project management foundation
and a
working knowledge of production
whether gained in a retail design agency, experiential studio, fabrication shop, or on the client side overseeing retail environments.
You’ll own the project lifecycle end‑to‑end, ensuring every brief moves smoothly from concept through production and installation, on time and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of retail design projects
Managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, designers, production partners, and installers
Translating design intent into actionable steps for production and fabrication teams
Overseeing vendor management, material tracking, and on‑site logistics
Monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and resolving issues quickly
Maintaining high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
Building strong, collaborative relationships across internal and external teams
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of project management experience in retail design, fabrication, experiential, or a related physical production field
A solid understanding of materials, production processes, and installation logistics
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and client‑facing
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar)
A proactive, calm, solutions‑oriented approach
A degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
