Revenue Operations
Data Analytics team at FIS and play a high-impact role in modernizing sales reporting and strategic decisions. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders and partner with our corporate data team to deliver actionable insights, ensuring high-quality, reliable and scalable data pipelines that power business-critical reporting and analytics.

About the role: You will be an individual contributor working on challenging assignments related to sales performance and productivity and the impact on revenue. Your day-to-day will include:
Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and report that support business stakeholders, ensuring outputs are actionable, aligned with business objectives, and scalable
Support user adoption by leading training sessions and helping stakeholders interpret results
Lead complex analysis projects to identify inefficiencies and/or performance issues
Collaborate across the business to uphold strong data governance, focusing on consistency, accuracy, and clarity of sales data
Partner with corporate data team to shape data pipelines and streamline system integrations
Translate business questions into data-driven solutions that directly support sales strategy and execution
Deliver accurate and timely responses to ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring reliability and clarity
Document and rigorously test analytical solutions to maintain high standards of data integrity
Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and optimize performance
Automate data preparation and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
What you will need:
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, or related analytical roles
Strong understanding of CRM systems, operations, processes, and revenue operations KPIs
Hands-on experience with both datasets and dashboards with Tableau and Power BI
Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries; experience with data modeling and structuring datasets for scalable analytics
Familiarity with ETL/data prep tools (Tableau Prep, Fabric) and best practices in data governance and QA
Experience supporting CRM migration (e.g., Salesforce) from data mapping and validation is a plus
Ability to frame insights in a clear business context, influence decision making, and support stakeholder adoption of analytics tools
Interest or experience in AI/ML applications in business analytics, such as natural language processing, clustering, or predictive analytics is a plus

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $112,150.00 - $188,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
