Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Provide visionary leadership to the retail media sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
Business Development
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and partners to expand our retail media sales footprint.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase market share.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide insights and feedback to inform product development and enhance the value proposition of our retail media offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
Performance Management
Set clear performance goals and expectations for the retail media sales team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback and coaching.
Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial targets.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales or related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with 2 years experience in a leadership or managerial role, with strong coaching and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
