Strong design computation skills, including 3D modeling and presentation packaging.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Affinity Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and Lumion.
Excellent communication, graphic presentation, and multitasking skills.
Ability to develop, present, and communicate design concepts effectively.
Self‑motivated and eager to develop design skills.
Salary $76,000 - $80,000 annually

Assist in Construction Administration activities, including detailing and documentation.
Work closely with senior designers and principals to advance architectural concepts.
