Job Description
The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co‑op) education that lasts up to 6 months and includes one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long‑term goals.

Responsibilities
Support and service the Animal Health product portfolio.
Provide logistical support for marketing activities.
Participate in field‑based events (trade show support; customer education regarding the features and benefits of animal health products and services).
Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication and also problem identification with Sales, Marketing and Tech Services.
This is a full‑time Co‑Op position. Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.
Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement
Currently in the process of earning a BA or BS in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, Animal Health, Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree program.
Completed at least 2 years of college coursework by September 2025.
Required Experience and Skills
Available to work full time for 6 months.
Critical thinking skills to carry out instructions and make decisions within scope of authority.
Problem‑solving skills involving several variables.
Ability to follow policies and procedures and be an active member of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent English communication skills, oral and written.
Ability to adapt communication to international audiences.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience and Skills
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Leadership roles during college.
Additional language fluency.
Previous experience working in a multinational and/or corporate business setting.
Previous experience working in consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising.
Love and passion for animals.
Compensation Salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00 USD
Work Arrangement Hybrid work model: 3 total days on‑site per week (Monday–Thursday, specific days may vary) and Friday remote, unless business critical tasks require on‑site presence. This arrangement does not apply to field‑based, facility‑based, manufacturing‑based, or research‑based positions.
