Overview
Campaign Managers play a key role in developing best‑in‑industry CJI influencer campaigns and client satisfaction. As a Trusted Business Advisor to both brands and influencers, they strategically build campaigns that bridge the world of influencer and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
Lead the client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable with the campaign strategy.
Lead weekly client and agency calls, leveraging your team to keep the client up to date on progress and performance of the campaign.
Coordinate with internal collaborators and shared client teams—keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needs.
Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to client campaigns.
Identify and implement efficiencies across VIP processes.
Represent CJ through thought leadership with Junction articles and participation in industry events.
Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives; drive platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts and post frequency.
Project/Team Management; manage campaign workload across team, establish work‑back schedules and ensure delivery to client deadlines.
Campaign Benchmarking & Forecasting to campaign goals to ensure our pitches are purposeful with data.
Work with analyst and influencer managers to deliver post‑campaign analysis and whitelisting recommendation through campaign specialists.
Create IO and invoice—oversee financial process (net terms), ensure campaign specialist meets payment posting deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience and minimum of 5 years’ experience in the online marketing industry—ideally digital performance, with 3 of those years in influencer or social media marketing.
Clear and effective communicator. Can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid eye for business, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
Strong leadership skills, able to create a team culture where everyone understands their roles and is held accountable to delivering on them.
Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and can directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns.
Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives.
Results‑oriented problem solver, comfortable with leveraging data insights to build and support strategic outcomes.
Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Respectful to varying opinions and perspectives.
Critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics experience required to create, analyze, and provide insights from reporting platforms.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong client presentation skills.
Self‑initiative and eager to enhance abilities.
Knowledge of influencer platforms that we add to our tech stack such as CreatorIQ.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $120,450 annually. This is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
