We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our business development and communications efforts. This role is perfect for a motivated, organized, and creative professional who enjoys coordinating marketing initiatives, managing events, and strengthening brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email communications.
• Assist with internal and client communications, including announcements, newsletters, and promotional updates.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
• Track campaign performance, compile reports, and suggest improvements.
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and promotional inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and community organizations for events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic design or content tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
