For Your Soul (FYS) is a modern lifestyle brand rooted in rituals — the tiny moments that ground us, shape us, and remind us who we are. We create minimal, cozy essentials designed for everyday life, and we’re building a community-first ecosystem powered by storytelling, intentionality, and human connection.

We’re looking for a Content Creator to help bring the FYS world to life through weekly ritual content, micro-storytelling, and aesthetic visuals for Instagram + TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who naturally films their life, loves cozy lifestyle culture, and has a great eye for detail, mood, and vibe.

Job Description

Weekly Ritual Content (Core)

• Film short, aesthetic “ritual moments” for our Rituals of the Week series
• Capture cozy, minimal, grounded visuals (coffee rituals, journaling, slow mornings, creative moments, etc.)
• Shoot lifestyle clips featuring FYS product in natural, real settings
• Deliver 10–30 micro clips (4–8 seconds) weekly
• Mix of self-filmed content + environment shots + detail shots

Soul Stories (Optional / Depending on Your Skillset)

• Capture short interview-style clips featuring people sharing their rituals and “soul moments”
• Conduct simple, warm, human-forward mini interviews
• Film BTS and candid moments at FYS activations/pop-ups

General Content

• Provide raw vertical footage for IG Reels, TikTok, and Stories
• Collaborate with the Creative Director & Creative Brand Strategist on concepts and direction
• Stay aligned with the FYS visual identity: minimal, reflective, cozy, warm
• Occasionally join us for pop-ups, community events, or shoots

Who You Are

You have a natural aesthetic eye — your camera roll is full of coffees, slow mornings, sunsets, and cozy moments

You love filming lifestyle content and understand “ritual” culture

You’re comfortable filming yourself AND filming others

You understand brand tone, mood, and visual consistency

You’re quick, reliable, and deliver content on time

You study TikTok + IG trends and know how to translate them into the FYS world

You’re collaborative and excited to help shape the brand’s storytelling

Experience with basic editing is helpful, but not required (we mostly need raw footage!)

Requirements

• Based in LA or able to commute for shoots/events
• Experience creating aesthetic lifestyle content (personal or professional)
• iPhone 13+ or a camera that shoots clean vertical video
• Ability to batch content weekly
• Comfortable capturing both self-filmed and environment-based moments
• Strong sense of vibe, mood, and composition
• A portfolio, IG, or TikTok showcasing your style

Compensation

This is a paid contract position. We offer competitive project-based compensation depending on experience, deliverables, and scope. Typical ranges include:

• $150–$300 per weekly content batch
• Monthly retainers available for creators providing ongoing content
• Additional pay for event days, interviews, or long-form storytelling shoots
• We’re open to discussing a structure that best fits your workflow and the needs of the role.
