The Role
D.LUXURY BRANDS is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the development of best‑in‑class ad creative that drives performance for our fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients. Sitting at the intersection of data and storytelling, this role is pivotal in transforming insights into engaging creative that stops thumbs, builds brands, and converts customers.
You’ll partner closely with paid media buyers, designers, editors, copywriters, and content creators to develop, test, and iterate paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. This is an ideal role for a highly curious, conceptually creative, and analytically minded individual who understands how to marry data with storytelling to make magic and drive results.

Your Role Within the D.Luxury Team
Develop, execute, and optimize creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across channels, including paid social, display, email, and emerging channels.
Work closely with brand managers and paid media teams to align creative strategy and execution to the client’s holistic growth strategy.
Meet with clients bi‑weekly to review ad creative performance, providing actionable creative insights, and recommendations to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Develop innovative ad concepts and hypotheses rooted in market trends, target audience, and competitive analysis.
Develop clear creative briefs and messaging frameworks that guide designers, copywriters, and videographers in executing high‑performing assets; ensure all creative outputs are consistent with each client’s brand voice, positioning, and audience expectations.
Translate customer persona data into messaging frameworks for testing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to guide creative iteration and future strategy.
Experience copywriting for performance marketing/paid social creative is a bonus.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or content roles—ideally within DTC fashion, beauty, wellness, or CPG
Strong understanding of performance marketing and platform best practices (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Data‑obsessed mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into creative insights
Proven ability to develop messaging strategies and testing frameworks based on customer personas
Skilled in creative briefing and feedback loops with designers and copywriters
Strong eye for storytelling, branding, and platform‑native creative
Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly
Curious to always improve, understand best practices for each platform, and gather feedback.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and passion for digital ad creative
