Responsibilities
Translate research into client-ready design solutions: wireframes, blueprints, low/high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and service flows.
Design for real-world impact: visual concepts, interaction patterns, prototypes, and demos for consulting engagements, client pitches, MVPs, and enterprise roll-outs.
Work across the full design-to-delivery cycle: collaborate with strategists, engineers, product owners, and AI experts to move from vision → prototype → pilot → scaled implementation.
Co-create with clients: facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs to align on needs, solutions, and outcomes.
Shape enterprise experiences: design workflows and digital services that span multiple systems, users, and business processes.
Bring AI to life: embed generative AI and intelligent automation into user experiences, roles, and decision-making.
Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree.
UX/UI Problem Solving: simplify complex business and user problems through structured design, prototyping, and clear interaction logic.
Design Tools: fluency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Miro, and rapid prototyping platforms.
Visual & Interaction Design: design compelling visual interfaces, flows, and storyboards that communicate intent and value.
Consulting Mindset: strong communication, comfort with ambiguity, ability to present to clients, translate between business, tech, and design.
Collaboration: experience working with PMs, developers, data/AI teams, and business stakeholders.
Portfolio: demonstrated work across real products, services, or conceptual prototypes.
