Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Public Relations & Partnerships Assistant Intern to support The N Brand Agency.
This is a 6 month non-paid, for-credit internship designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about learning the ropes of public relations, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
You'll work alongside our Freelance Partnerships & PR Account Executive, assisting with campaign research, client coordination, and digital deliverables. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience in a creative, fast-paced environment without the pressure of pitching or managing deals.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct research on brands, PR agencies, and market trends to identify partnership opportunities.
- Assist with compiling and organizing contact lists and partnership databases in CRM.
- Support in preparing presentation decks, proposals, and partnership materials.
- Help collect, organize, and track campaign deliverables such as images, links, and social media content.
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media and digital content related to partnerships and PR campaigns.
- Track media mentions, campaign outcomes, and assist in compiling post-campaign reports.
- Maintain internal documents, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure team organization.
- Provide general administrative and communication support to the Partnerships & PR team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and planning discussions.
- Enthusiastic learner eager to gain experience in PR and brand partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Curious about the world of media, marketing, and entertainment.
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while following direction and meeting deadlines.
- Available to commit to and complete a 6-month internship.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
- Hands-on experience supporting real PR campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Mentorship from senior team members and access to internal training.
- Portfolio-building opportunities (content creation, reports, and campaign materials).
- Flexible remote schedule.
