Description

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Public Relations & Partnerships Assistant Intern to support The N Brand Agency.

This is a 6 month non-paid, for-credit internship designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about learning the ropes of public relations, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

You'll work alongside our Freelance Partnerships & PR Account Executive, assisting with campaign research, client coordination, and digital deliverables. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience in a creative, fast-paced environment without the pressure of pitching or managing deals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on brands, PR agencies, and market trends to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with compiling and organizing contact lists and partnership databases in CRM.
  • Support in preparing presentation decks, proposals, and partnership materials.
  • Help collect, organize, and track campaign deliverables such as images, links, and social media content.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media and digital content related to partnerships and PR campaigns.
  • Track media mentions, campaign outcomes, and assist in compiling post-campaign reports.
  • Maintain internal documents, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure team organization.
  • Provide general administrative and communication support to the Partnerships & PR team.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and planning discussions.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while following direction and meeting deadlines.
  • Available to commit to and complete a 6-month internship.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
