About the Role

Sweathouz is seeking a dedicated and results-focused Performance Media Specialist to oversee and enhance paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. This position suits individuals who thrive in organized, data-driven environments and possess a strong background in full-funnel paid campaigns that prioritize acquisition and ROI.

What You'll Do

• Launch, monitor, and manage engaging paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Analyze budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to successfully achieve ROAS and CPA targets.
• Set up and optimize campaigns with precise audience targeting, UTM tracking, and creative assets to maximize impact.
• Conduct A/B testing to measure creative performance and identify key optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop and test new ads on a weekly basis.
• Maintain detailed performance dashboards and communicate valuable insights on a weekly basis.
• Keep abreast of the latest platform changes, ad types, and innovative targeting opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in paid media buying, either in an agency setting or in-house.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Documented experience managing budgets of $10K+/month in paid media with proven results.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, experimental environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
