Description

Portico is seeking an experienced Community Manager – Lease Up to oversee operations for our Single Family Rental Community at Soltera Rolling Pines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in property management or business
• Proven ability to manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through control and planning
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with financials, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
• Excellent marketing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
