- Manage mid‑tier influencer partnerships and campaigns, serving as primary point of contact for assigned influencer relationships.
- Execute influencer campaigns from briefing through content delivery, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and brand requirements are met.
- Coordinate campaign logistics including product sampling, content briefs, timeline management, and deliverable tracking.

UGC Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive UGC strategies that align with Ashley's brand objectives and drive measurable engagement across all social platforms.
- Design customer‑facing UGC campaigns that encourage authentic content creation showcasing Ashley products and brand experiences.
- Create campaign frameworks, content themes, and engagement tactics that motivate customer participation and organic brand advocacy.
- Develop seasonal and product‑specific UGC initiatives that support broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Establish content guidelines and brand standards that maintain authenticity while ensuring quality and brand alignment to Ashley’s brand pillar of style.
UGC Creator Network Management
- Build, recruit, and manage a diverse network of dedicated UGC creators who specialize in producing authentic, native‑style content for Ashley.
- Identify and vet UGC creators across different demographics, aesthetics, and content styles to ensure broad representation and appeal.
- Develop creator briefs, content requirements, and brand guidelines specifically tailored for UGC‑style content production.
- Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and establish ongoing relationships with UGC creators to ensure scalable, budget‑efficient content creation.
- Coordinate content production schedules, deliverables, and approval processes to maintain consistent content flow.
Content Curation & Amplification
- Curate high‑quality content from influencer partnerships, customer campaigns, and creator networks for use across Ashley's owned social channels and marketing campaigns.
- Develop content approval workflows in partnership with creative that balance quality standards with authentic, unpolished aesthetic requirements.
- Create systems for organizing, tagging, and cataloging influencer and UGC assets for easy access and reuse across marketing touchpoints.
- Coordinate with Social Media and Creative teams to integrate influencer and UGC content into broader content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Refine legal frameworks and permissions for influencer and UGC content usage across all marketing channels and platforms.
Community Engagement & Advocacy
- Execute engagement strategies that encourage ongoing customer participation in brand initiatives and conversations.
- Develop incentive programs, contests, and community challenges that drive content creation and social amplification.
- Monitor and respond to customer‑generated content to foster community connection and encourage continued participation.
- Identify and nurture potential brand advocates within the customer community for long‑term partnership opportunities.
- Create recognition programs that celebrate and reward top‑performing customer content creators and reward top‑performing influencers and customer content creators.
Performance Management & Optimization
- Track and analyze influencer and UGC campaign performance against established KPIs including content volume, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Develop reporting frameworks that demonstrate influencer and UGC impact on brand awareness, social media performance, and creative usage.
- Monitor creator performance and content effectiveness to optimize network composition and campaign strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement and budget optimization.
- Analyze competitor influencer and UGC strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Budget & Operations Management
- Manage influencer and UGC program budgets, including creator payments, campaign incentives, and platform costs.
- Develop cost‑effective strategies for content production that maximize volume while maintaining quality standards.
- Track spending against performance metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.
- Establish operational processes for creator onboarding, content approval, and payment management.
- Maintain organized databases of creator information, contract terms, and performance history.
- Make employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.
- Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area’s goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
- Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.
- Audit, maintain and ensure employee time‑keeping and absentee records are accurate.
- Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.
- Communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company‑offered learning opportunities.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years in social media marketing, content marketing, community management, or digital marketing.
- 2+ years managing influencer programs, UGC campaigns, creator networks, or content production workflows.
- Proven experience developing and executing influencer and UGC campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community engagement best practices.
- Experience with content management systems, social media management tools, and creator management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate creator contracts, and track performance metrics.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating creator briefs and campaign guidelines.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
- Understanding of FTC compliance and legal requirements for sponsored content and creator partnerships.
- Creative eye for identifying high‑quality, on‑brand content and emerging content trends.
