Lead the design, development, and deployment of Angular-based front-end solutions tailored for investment banking use cases.
Implement and optimize state management using NGRX within complex, high-transaction systems.
Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric applications.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and comprehensive documentation.
Lead and mentor frontend developers, ensuring a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Drive CI/CD automation, integrating testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
Manage containerization and orchestration workflows using Kubernetes to support scalable deployment and maintenance.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to investment banking and UI development.
Participate in architecture decisions, providing technical guidance to ensure robust, secure, and compliant solutions.

12+ years of frontend development experience with a focus on Angular latest version (8+ preferred).
Strong expertise in NGRX or similar state management libraries.
Proven experience working in the investment banking or financial services sector.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
Experience integrating front-end with backend APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streams.
Familiarity with security best practices in high-stakes financial applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring or managing development teams.
