Product Marketing Associate

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

A growing financial services organization in Brickell, Miami is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to support marketing and product initiatives within the life insurance and annuity space. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategy while remaining hands‑on in execution, making it ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Support marketing strategy, campaign development, and product positioning for life insurance and annuity products

Assist with product launches, promotional initiatives, and communications across multiple channels

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights

Collaborate with product, sales, and distribution teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals

Draft marketing materials, product content, and presentations for internal and external audiences

Track marketing performance and prepare reports for leadership

Contribute creative ideas to improve messaging, outreach, and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field

2–4 years of product marketing or financial services experience (life insurance/annuity experience preferred)

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools a plus

Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Competitive base salary ($80K–$110K)

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Brickell, 2 remote)
