About the Position Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a data‑driven, detail‑oriented individual contributor. In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and unlock new revenue opportunities across our partner ecosystem. You will manage full‑funnel campaign strategy from audience segmentation and messaging to channel management and performance optimization with a focus on acquiring new partners and expanding relationships with existing Independent Sales Offices (ISOs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Financial Institutions (FIs). You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Partner Success, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and partner priorities. You’ll also manage paid and organic channels, develop compelling content and enablement assets, and continuously optimize performance to maximize ROI. This high‑impact individual contributor role is within a small, high‑performing marketing team and could grow into a leadership position as the function scales.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy, development, and execution of multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, SEO (traditional + AI), email, organic social, webinars, and co‑sponsored media.
Build and manage campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth rollouts and measurable impact.
Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to execute high‑performing Google Ads and SEO initiatives.
Develop segmentation strategies to tailor messaging and offers for new and existing partner segments.
Coordinate paid placements (emails, articles, social posts, ads) to drive awareness and funnel engagement.
Collaborate with a graphic designer to bring creative assets to life across channels.
Work with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and design targeted campaigns to deepen engagement.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials (case studies, one‑pagers, pitch decks, RFP responses) that support partner acquisition and expansion.
Plan, host, and moderate webinars for partner acquisition and thought leadership, including topic selection, speaker coordination, registration management, live facilitation, and post‑event performance analysis to optimize future sessions.
Gather feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to iterate and improve performance.
Align messaging across Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure consistency and relevance.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuously test new tactics, formats, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Recommend tools and vendors that enhance performance or reduce costs.
Forecast spend and ROI in partnership with marketing leadership.
Potential to grow into a team leadership role as the marketing function scales.

Qualifications
High school diploma plus relevant marketing experience.
5+ years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in payments fintech, SaaS, or B2B).
5 years of experience expertise across performance marketing, email automation, and conversion rate optimization.
Portfolio of relevant growth marketing work required (campaigns, content, webinars, etc.).
Proficiency in marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Webflow, SendGrid, Pipedrive, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus.
Experience making minor design revisions to content (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort giving and receiving feedback.
Proactive, self‑starter with a strategic and forward‑thinking mindset and a high level of ownership and follow‑through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and partner presentations.
