Bizee
About Bizee
Bizee (formerly Incfile) has helped more than a million entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. Now we're building an end‑to‑end Entrepreneur Operating System—a unified platform that turns ambition into momentum by simplifying complexity, removing friction, and giving entrepreneurs the confidence to grow. We move fast, stay close to the customer, and believe great brands are built through clarity, consistency, and heart. We operate with hustle, grit, and humility, the same qualities that fuel the entrepreneurs we serve.
The Opportunity This is a foundational, high‑leverage role. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will architect, scale, and optimize Bizee’s entire growth engine from awareness to activation to retention and expansion. You're not just running channels, you're designing the systems, analytics, experiments, and cross‑functional rhythms that unlock sustainable, compounding growth. You’ll work across Product, Data, Engineering, and Brand to build the funnels, telemetry, and experimentation frameworks that power a high‑velocity business. Your remit is to create predictable, model‑driven growth, improve CAC/LTV, reduce friction across the customer journey, and build the infrastructure that helps Bizee scale. This role is perfect for a strategic, analytical, full‑stack growth leader who can think in models, move fast, and orchestrate change across teams.

Activation & onboarding: Partner with Product to design activation flows that drive Day 0 → Day 30 value realization
Retention & LTV: Own cohort insights, renewal levers, upsell triggers, and value communication to drive long‑term customer economics
Growth analytics: Build dashboards, instrumentation needs, attribution clarity, and growth model infrastructure in partnership with Data
Cross‑functional orchestration: Work tightly with CMO, Product, Engineering, and Brand to ensure a unified customer experience
Forecasting & planning: Develop channel forecasts, revenue models, and scenario plans to support the company's operating plan
Team development: Build the foundation for future growth marketing hires as Bizee scales
