Pay Range: USD $67,200 - $84,000 Yearly

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.

The Opportunity Mattel is seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Producer to join our Global Corporate Events team. In this role, you will lead the planning, production, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events that align with strategic business goals and deliver impactful experiences. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and external vendors to bring events to life - from concept to completion - with excellence and creativity.

What Your Impact Will Be

Collaborate with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners to define event objectives, creative direction, and production requirements.

Manage all facets of event logistics, including venue sourcing, room setup, decor, food & beverage, A/V, signage, transportation, and on-site coordination.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Develop and manage detailed event budgets, oversee purchase orders and invoicing, and ensure financial accountability.

Conduct domestic and international site research, providing strategic recommendations aligned with stakeholder goals and brand standards.

Oversee attendee communications, registration, housing, and travel logistics, ensuring a seamless and engaging participant experience.

Anticipate potential challenges, provide proactive solutions, and ensure flawless execution throughout the event lifecycle.

Act as on‑site event lead, representing the Global Corporate Events team and ensuring alignment with Mattel's brand, culture, and objectives.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in event production, meeting management, or hospitality.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Proven success in producing high‑quality corporate events, from initial concept through on‑site execution.

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.

Confident problem‑solver and collaborative team player with strong decision‑making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Cvent or similar event management software experience preferred.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Demonstrated growth mindset – curious, adaptable, and continuously improving.
