JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 3‑5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, design‑sensitive, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work as an integral part of project teams, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation across all phases of project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and develop architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and construction details using Revit and other design software
Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to understand and adhere to project work plans and timelines
Participate in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design through construction administration
Coordinate with consultants and project team members to ensure design integrity and quality
Create presentation materials, including renderings, models, and design drawings for client reviews
Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and sustainable design practices
Attend site visits and provide in‑field support during construction phases
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
Contribute creative design concepts and problem‑solving approaches to project challenges
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
3‑5 years of professional experience post grad
Proficiency in Revit (required)
Demonstrated expertise in SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Interest in materiality, craftsmanship, and the integration of architecture with its environment
Portfolio demonstrating diverse architectural projects and technical proficiency
