We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Director of Sales and Marketing

to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our

Newly Renovated

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton — Mount Laurel . This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

to maximize revenue and market share.

Lead and manage the

sales team , providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Identify and cultivate

new business opportunities , including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event sales.

Maintain strong relationships with

key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners .

Oversee

digital marketing campaigns , social media presence, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the

Hilton corporate team

to align marketing efforts with brand standards.

Monitor

market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

to adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and analyze

sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

to ensure financial targets are met.

Represent the hotel at

industry events, trade shows, and networking functions .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in hotel sales and marketing, preferably within the Hilton brand.

Strong

leadership and team management

skills.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

abilities.

Proficiency in

CRM software, Delphi/Meeting Broker, Cvent proficiency, digital marketing tools, and revenue management systems .

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, results-oriented environment .
