Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our premier client’s team in

Seattle, WA . This is a

full‑time position

starting as a

4‑month contract . In this role, you’ll help bring new brands, category storefronts, and high‑visibility campaigns to life across a digital landscape—playing a key role in major initiatives and confidential store launches. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes full ownership of their work, and has a strong passion for digital marketing, onsite merchandising, and campaign execution. You’ll work alongside experienced marketing merchandisers, global partner teams, and agency stakeholders while contributing to campaigns that are visible to millions of customers. Key Responsibilities

Create and execute email, push, and onsite campaigns in alignment with strategic marketing roadmaps. Build onsite merchandising experiences for the client’s homepage, including support for brand and store launches and product family marketing. Support executional marketing tasks for holdout brands and collaborate with category marketers across high‑priority events and initiatives. Manage creative development in collaboration with a dedicated design agency, ensuring assets are aligned with campaign goals. Coordinate with an organic social media agency to activate campaigns across social channels. Track, analyze, and report key campaign metrics and performance insights to senior stakeholders during recurring business reviews. Use Content Management Systems (CMS) to edit and publish content, including light coding in HTML/XML and campaign execution using JSON. Work cross‑functionally with global marketing teams and offsite merchandising and traffic teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns across email, push, mobile, or display. Skilled in writing customer‑facing, on‑brand content tailored to online consumers. Proficient in HTML/XML editing and publishing via CMS platforms. Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for campaign data manipulation and performance analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large‑scale digital marketing programs including email, push, and onsite merchandising. Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, targeting, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau). Prior experience executing merchandising for a large company is strongly preferred. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, including creative agency collaboration. Detail‑oriented with a strong bias for action and ability to execute under tight deadlines. Experience launching new brand storefronts or supporting confidential product marketing initiatives. Benefit Highlights
