Principal Function Lead the church in the development, promotion, coordination, and evaluation of a comprehensive music ministry that supports the mission of First Baptist Church.
Qualifications
A heart for Christ-centered worship and leading others in authentic praise.
Ability to work collaboratively with pastoral staff, volunteers, and musicians of all ages.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Position Details
Part-time position with responsibilities focused on Sunday services, weekly rehearsals, and special events.
Compensation is commensurate with similar part-time ministry positions.
